FRONT DESK

The Front Desk is the first point of contact for Kanaloa’s owners, guests, and visitors. It is headed by Guest Services Manager Leina'ale Aiona and operated by Castle Resorts and Hotels for Kanaloa’s on-site rental program. Being good neighbors, Castle's Front Desk team provides registration and other services for ALL Kanaloa owners and guests. The facility is a centralized source of information for Security, Grounds, and Maintenance. The Front Desk provides many concierge services, such as holding mail and packages, checking out sports equipment, making court reservations, printing documents, providing information services, and welcoming our guests to Kanaloa.

MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT

Kanaloa at Kona has a very skilled and talented Maintenance department headed by Ken Albert. When not busy working on our common areas, the team is available to all owners for most interior upgrades. When they're not available for owner's requests, they can provide recommendations for outside contract services. If you need work done, call Ken or Jenny Zimmer, the Maintenence Admin, at (808) 322-1015. You can also request a cost estimate for your project. SECURITY DEPARTMENT

Our Security Department is on the job 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and can always be contacted at (808) 907-6370. They are capably supervised by Ken Nakamoto, an impressive gentleman who normally shows the warmest aloha, but when necessary can show his take-care-of business side. Manning the front security gate, the guard on duty is the first face of Kanaloa that guests and visitors see and Ken trains his team well to show that important first impression.

HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT

The Housekeeping team is part of the Castle Rental Program and is ably supervised by Joy Mallen. Since these employee's salaries are not reimbursed by the Kanaloa AOAO, their work cleaning the clubhouse and other parts of our common areas are paid by our AOAO on a contract basis.

GROUNDS TEAM--Puna Landscaping Company

ELENA Supervisor, Puna Landscaping
Our beautiful grounds at Kanaloa are cared for by Puna Landscaping, Puna has many years of experience caring for properties up and down the Kona-Kohala coast. Elena Catabay is the supervisor and has been here since Puna got the contract. She is a little dynamo and we're lucky to have her.
